Important: All our products are freshly made to order. Order processing and preparation takes 7 days before dispatch to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight
- Order value
- Delivery partner availability
Important: Shipping charges are NOT included in the product price displayed on the website. The exact shipping cost will be communicated to you via phone call or WhatsApp before final order confirmation.
No Free Shipping: All orders are subject to shipping charges. There is no minimum order value for free shipping.
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS within 24 hours
- Shipping Cost Communication: We will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm shipping charges
- Payment Confirmation: Order processing begins after payment confirmation
- Production (7 days): Your order will be freshly prepared over 7 days to ensure quality
- Quality Check: All products undergo strict quality inspection before packaging
- Packaging: Products are packed in food-grade, secure packaging to ensure freshness
- Third-Party Delivery Partner: Order is handed over to delivery partners like Porter, Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.
- Dispatch: You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details after 7 days
- Delivery: Our logistics partner will deliver to your doorstep (timelines vary by location)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Tracking number via SMS and email
- Real-time tracking link
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery partner contact information
Delivery Process
Delivery Partners: We use trusted third-party logistics partners including:
- Porter
- Bluedart
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Other reliable courier services based on location
Standard Delivery:
- Delivery between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM on business days
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice
- You will receive a call/SMS before delivery
- Signature may be required upon delivery
Special Instructions: You can provide special delivery instructions (gate code, preferred time, etc.) while placing your order.
Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide an alternate delivery address.
Packaging
We take extra care in packaging to ensure product safety:
- Food-Grade Packaging: All products are packed in certified food-grade materials
Receiving Your Order
At the time of delivery, please:
- Check the package for any visible damage
- Verify the order details against your invoice
- Inspect the products for any issues
- Report any concerns immediately to the delivery person
- Keep the invoice and packaging for any future reference
Important: If you notice any damage or issues with the product at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. Do not accept a damaged package.
Undelivered Orders
If your order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Recipient unavailable
- Refused delivery without valid reason
The order will be returned to us, and:
- A re-delivery can be arranged (additional shipping charges may apply)
- You can request a refund minus the shipping charges
- Perishable items cannot be re-delivered
Holidays & Special Occasions
Festival/Holiday Orders:
- We accept pre-orders for festivals and special occasions
- Please place orders at least 10-14 days in advance (7 days processing + delivery time)
- Delivery slots may be limited during peak seasons
- Processing times remain 7 days even during festival periods
International Shipping
For international orders, please contact us for special arrangements.
Force Majeure
NutriJewel shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic or health emergencies
