Overview
At NutriJewel, we take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in perfect condition. All our products are made fresh to order with premium ingredients.
Important: NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our food products, we do NOT accept returns or provide refunds once the order is placed and dispatched.
Refund Eligibility
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards due to delivery or preparation issues, we're here to make it right:
- Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged or broken during transit
- Wrong Product: If you receive a different product from what you ordered
- Quality Issues: If the product is spoiled, expired, or compromised in quality at delivery
- Missing Items: If items from your order are missing
Documentation Required: All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Video recording of the parcel opening (unboxing video)
- Order number and delivery details
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind or personal preference after order is placed
- Late reporting (more than 24 hours after delivery)
- Improper storage of products after delivery
- Products that have been consumed or partially used
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that don't affect product quality
- Taste or flavor preferences
- Order cancellation after dispatch
- Issues arising from incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
- Allergic reactions (please check ingredients before ordering)
- Any dissatisfaction not related to product quality or delivery error
Please Note: By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our NO REFUNDS policy. We strongly recommend reviewing product details, ingredients, and descriptions carefully before ordering.
How to Report an Issue
If you've received a product that doesn't meet expectations, we're here to help. Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Provide Order Details: Share your order number, purchase date, and delivery date
- Visual Evidence: Send us clear photographs AND an unboxing video of the parcel
- Describe the Issue: Let us know what went wrong so we can make it right
Documentation Requirements: Please provide:
- Photos of the entire product packaging
- Close-up photos of any damage or issue
- Video recording of unboxing the parcel
- Product label showing batch number and expiry date (if applicable)
Refund Process
- Review: Our team will review your refund request within 24-48 hours
- Verification: We may contact you for additional information or photos
- Approval: Once approved, you will be notified via email/phone
- Refund/Replacement: You can choose between:
- Full refund to your original payment method
- Product replacement at no additional cost
- Store credit for future purchases
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval
Refund Amount
Full Refund: You will receive a full refund including:
- Product cost
- Delivery charges (if the issue is from our side)
- Any applicable taxes
Partial Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the extent of the issue.
Replacement Policy
If you opt for a replacement:
- We will ship the replacement product at no additional cost
- Replacement will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of approval
- You will receive tracking information once shipped
- The defective product may need to be returned (we will arrange pickup)
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse delivery and request a refund as per our refund policy.
Payment Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- UPI/Wallet: 2-3 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (provide account details)

Exceptions
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In case of any disputes, the decision of NutriJewel will be final and binding.
